The V.I.A. (Vision, Initiative, Achieve) Mentorship Program is a youth-led, community-centered initiative designed to cultivate confident, capable, and compassionate young women.
With a focus on four core pillars — Personal Growth & Empowerment, Academic & Career Success, Leadership & Advocacy, and Community Service & Engagement — our girls are prepared to succeed in life and lead with purpose.
